Inaugural Event - Live / Microsoft HQ Campus - Seattle Area / Free - Curated cohort
30 days after Close, a high-stakes deal thesis is already cracking. Can you catch what diligence missed, and devise the best integration plan pivot?
Join us for a half-day, team-based competitive workshop where senior M&A practitioners work a realistic deal scenario and use an AI-powered platform to diagnose what diligence missed and devise an integration strategy course-correction under time pressure.
About the Event
The AI + M&A Deal Hackathon is a hands-on, competitive workshop built for senior M&A practitioners. Teams of 4 to 5 work a single realistic (fictional) deal scenario under time pressure: investigating emerging risk signals, weighing integration tradeoffs, and delivering a defensible course-correction ahead of a leadership checkpoint. Each team produces a strategic recommendation, scored live against a published rubric.
Teams work the deal discovery and strategy assessment on Tiger Team M&A's AI-powered platform, used as a live strategy lab that holds the case file and captures every team's decisions. The scenario is grounded in current M&A landscape dynamics: an enterprise-software acquirer integrating a fast-growing AI target.
Every team starts with the same inputs, but each team's discovery path diverges. The competition is real, and no two recommendations come out the same.
