What it is
A hackathon gives small teams a problem, a clock, and the freedom to solve it their own way. We've borrowed the format for M&A with no coding required.
You'll join a team of fellow practitioners to work a realistic deal on Tiger Team M&A's AI-powered platform: it's Day 30 after close, the thesis is showing cracks, and your team has about two hours to find what diligence missed and recommend a course correction. AI scores every team against a shared rubric, and the leaderboard names a winner. The prize is bragging rights and the experience will build your M&A network.
